How to start: register, install, deposit
A short checklist that avoids the most common delays.
1. Register
Tap Register, enter your mobile number or email, set a strong password and confirm you are 18 or older. Use your name exactly as on your national ID.
2. Install the app or use the browser
- Android APK: download from the official link, open the file and, if your phone asks, allow installation from your browser. It is a normal permission for apps outside the Play Store.
- iPhone: no native app. In Safari tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
- Browser: works on any phone or computer with the same account.

3. Complete KYC early
You will normally be asked to verify before your first withdrawal. Open Settings, then personal profile information, to see what your account needs, and have a clear photo of your national ID ready. See the KYC guide.
4. First deposit
Open the cashier, choose a wallet, enter the amount and confirm in the wallet app. Start small. Methods differ by account; see wallets & payments.
Before you register: a five-minute checklist
Most early problems come from small mismatches between what you type at sign-up and what you later need to prove. Sort these out first and the rest of the process runs smoothly.
- Your ID in front of you. The name and date of birth you enter should match your national ID card or passport letter for letter. Nicknames and shortened names are a common reason for stalled withdrawals.
- A phone number you control and will keep. Verification codes and account messages go there. A borrowed or temporary SIM can lock you out later.
- A wallet in your own name. bKash, Nagad or Rocket should be registered to you, because the wallet you pay with and the one you withdraw to are checked against your profile.
- A budget written down. Decide how much you are willing to spend this month before you see any bonus banner. The minimum deposit is 200 BDT, but the minimum is not a target.
- A calm moment. Registering late at night after a loss or a bad day is when people rush and skip steps.
Choosing a password and protecting the account
Current security guidance favours length over clever symbols. A passphrase made of four or five unrelated words is easier to remember and harder to guess than a short mix of capitals and digits. Whatever you choose, use it on this account only. If one site you use is ever breached, criminals try the same password everywhere else.
- Let your phone or a password manager store the password instead of reusing a memorable one.
- If the account offers an extra verification step such as a code on login, switch it on.
- Log out on shared phones and computers, and never save the password in a browser you do not control.

If you choose the APK, remember how Android handles files from outside the Play Store. Since Android 8, the "install unknown apps" permission is granted to one app at a time, for example your browser. Grant it for the install, then turn it off again in Settings. What to prepare for verification
Open your account, then Settings, then your personal profile information. That page shows what verification applies to your account and what its status is, so you read the current requirements from the source instead of guessing from a forum post. Check that your name, date of birth and address match your documents. When you upload, use good daylight, place the document flat, keep all four corners in frame and avoid glare. Your first week, day by day
- Day 1. Register, confirm your profile, set a deposit or time limit if your account offers one, and read responsible gaming.
- Day 1 or 2. If you decide to deposit, start near the minimum, confirm in your wallet app and save the transaction reference. Deposits are usually credited within 10 to 15 minutes.

- Registering with a nickname or a family member's details.
- Paying from someone else's wallet, which can block a later withdrawal.
- Accepting a bonus because the banner looks big, without reading the terms.
- Downloading an APK from a chat group or an ad instead of the official button.
- Raising the stake after an early loss to win it back.
- Not saving transaction references, which makes any support request slower.
