Deposits
Choose a method, enter the amount, follow the on-screen steps and confirm in the wallet app. Your deposit is usually credited within 10 to 15 minutes. If the balance does not update, read deposit not showing.
Withdrawals
Common friction: KYC not completed, wallet number different from the registered one, and an active bonus. See withdrawal not received.
Five checks before you send money
Most wallet problems are decided before the payment is made, not after it. Run through this short list every time, even if you have deposited many times already.
- Your name. The wallet and the DBBet account should both belong to you. Names are compared when you withdraw, and a mismatch is one of the most common reasons a payout is held.
- Your balance. The wallet needs the deposit amount plus any charge your provider adds. A payment that fails halfway later looks like a missing deposit.
- The amount. The minimum deposit is 200 BDT in local currency. Start with a small first top-up rather than your whole budget.
- The reference. If the cashier shows a number, a merchant name or a reference, copy it exactly. Retyping from memory is how digits get swapped.
- Your connection. Jumping between the wallet app and DBBet on a weak signal is how payments end up stuck on pending. Stay on one steady connection until the confirmation appears.
A deposit, step by step
Screens differ a little between wallets, but the shape of a deposit is always the same.
- Open the cashier in your own DBBet account and choose bKash, Nagad or Rocket.
- Enter the amount, at least 200 BDT, and read the summary before you confirm.
- Follow the instruction on screen. You may be sent to the wallet app, or shown details to use there. Use only what your own cashier shows, never details forwarded to you by a stranger.
- Type your wallet PIN inside the wallet app only. Anyone who asks you for a PIN or an OTP by chat, call or message is not helping you.
- Wait for the confirmation in the wallet app, then check the balance in DBBet. Deposits are usually credited in 10 to 15 minutes.
A withdrawal, step by step
- Complete KYC first. The requirements and your status are in Settings, under your personal profile information.
- Check that no bonus wagering is still unfinished. See bonuses.
- Choose the wallet registered in your own name, read the number twice, then confirm the amount.
- Note the time of the request and its status, then wait for the processing time shown in the cashier before you write to support.
The full routine is in the safe withdrawal guide. If nothing has arrived, use the withdrawal checklist.
Limits and charges: who sets what
Three different parties can limit a payment: your wallet provider, the central bank, and the cashier. Wallet providers publish daily and monthly transfer limits and their charges, and some apps show how much of today's limit you still have. These numbers are not fixed: limits and charges are set by your provider and can change at short notice, including by central-bank instruction. Check the current limits inside your wallet app.
So never assume that yesterday's limit applies today. Check inside your wallet app, and treat the cashier as the source for the DBBet side: minimums, any fee and the expected time. If your wallet charges you for sending or cashing out, that charge comes from the provider, not from the deposit itself. Look at the amount on the confirmation screen before you approve a payment, and keep a screenshot if the total is higher than you expected.
What proof to keep
If a payment ever needs to be traced, three things solve most cases quickly:
- The transaction ID from the wallet. In bKash, for example, the statement view lists the type, amount, date, time and transaction ID of every payment, and the other wallets keep a similar history.
- A screenshot of the wallet confirmation that shows the amount, the time and the ID.
- A screenshot of the cashier request in DBBet, showing the amount and status.
Keep them until the balance is credited, or the withdrawal has arrived. Never include a PIN, an OTP or a full card number in a screenshot you send to anyone.
USDT (TRC-20): where it goes wrong
USDT is a dollar-linked coin that exists on several blockchains: TRC-20 on Tron, ERC-20 on Ethereum and BEP-20 on BNB Chain. They are separate networks, and a transfer sent on the wrong one usually cannot be recovered. Before you send:
- Select TRC-20 in your sending wallet or exchange, not the network that happens to be pre-selected.
- Tron addresses start with the letter T. Compare the first and last characters of the address with the one in the cashier.
- Send a small test amount first and wait for it to arrive.
- Some wallets need a little TRX to pay the network fee, so check this before a larger transfer.
- Keep the transaction hash. It is the only proof you have.
The taka value of a dollar-linked coin depends on the exchange rate and on any fee when you convert, so the amount you end up with can differ from what you expect. Limits for crypto are shown in the cashier.
