Withdrawal not received: what to check
Go through these in order before you contact support.
1. Read the status
Your history may show pending, processing, approved or rejected. Pending means not reviewed yet, which is common in the first hours, and longer for a first withdrawal.
2. Common causes
- KYC not complete: see KYC verification.
- Different wallet number: the withdrawal wallet should match the one registered to your account.
- Active bonus: unfinished wagering can block or cancel a withdrawal.
- Method unavailable for withdrawal: try another option listed in the cashier.
3. Contact support properly
Send your account ID, amount, date and time, the transaction reference and screenshots. Avoid duplicate requests.
A decision path by status
Guessing wastes time. Find the status in your withdrawal history, then follow the matching row. The wording on your screen may differ a little, so use the closest meaning.
| What you see | What it usually means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | The request arrived but has not been reviewed yet. | Wait. Check the estimate the cashier shows for your method and do not send a second request. |
| Processing | The payout is on its way to your wallet. | Open your wallet app and look in its transaction history, not only in your SMS inbox. |
| Approved or paid | Usually means the operator has released the money; the labels in your cashier may differ. | If your wallet shows nothing, write down the time and the wallet number you used, then contact DBBet support from inside your account with a screenshot. |
| Rejected or cancelled | The request was refused or reversed. | Read the reason, fix it, and submit again. Check that the amount is back in your balance. |
Causes on the wallet side
A payout can be perfectly fine on DBBet and still look missing, because the last step happens inside your wallet. These are worth five minutes before you write to anyone:
- A mistyped number. One wrong digit sends the request to the wrong place or makes it fail. Compare the number in the cashier with the number on your SIM, character by character.
- A wallet that is not in your name. Mobile wallets in Bangladesh are usually opened against a national ID, and Nagad, for example, states that one account belongs to one valid ID and the account number is the registered mobile number. A wallet registered to a relative can be refused or flagged. Use your own.
- An inactive or restricted wallet. If you have not used the wallet for a long time, or it has an open verification request, open the app and clear any notice first.
- Limits that changed. Wallet limits and charges are set by your provider and can change at short notice, including by central-bank instruction. Check the current limits inside your wallet app instead of assuming last month's numbers still apply.
- Reading only the SMS. Messages can arrive late. The in-app statement is more reliable than the inbox.
How an active bonus changes things
If you accepted a bonus, a withdrawal can be held or the bonus can be cancelled when the conditions are not finished. We do not publish wagering numbers, because they are set in each bonus's own terms. Before you request money, open the bonus section of your account, read what is still required, and decide whether finishing it is worth more to you than cancelling it. The bonus checklist lists the questions to ask before you accept an offer. If you are not sure what cancelling does, ask support first, then act.
A message template for support
A clear message gets a faster answer than three angry ones. Copy this and fill in the brackets:
Account ID: [your ID]
Method: [bKash / Nagad / Rocket / USDT]
Wallet number used: [number, last 4 digits are enough]
Date and time requested: [date, time]
Status shown in my history: [pending / processing / approved / rejected]
Transaction reference: [reference from the history]
Wallet checked: yes, no incoming payment in the app statement
Screenshots attached: history page and wallet statement
Please tell me the next step.
Send it once, through DBBet support inside your account. If you find new details, add them to your existing request.
Avoid duplicate requests
A second withdrawal while the first is pending can confuse the review, split your balance in two, or trigger extra checks. Keep a short log: date, amount, reference and status. If your balance drops twice for the same amount, tell support about both references instead of cancelling one yourself.
Realistic expectations
The cashier shows an estimate for each method, and that estimate is the number to trust, not a figure from a chat group. Your first withdrawal after verification can take longer than later ones. If the estimate has passed and every step above checks out, that is the point to contact support, with the template above. Read the KYC guide and the safe withdrawal guide to prevent the same delay next time.
Scam warnings during a delay
Delays attract scammers. Be sure about these:
- Real support never asks for your password, your wallet PIN or an OTP.
- Nobody legitimate asks for a "release fee", "tax" or "unlock payment" to push a withdrawal through.
- Do not trust someone who messages you first saying they are DBBet staff. Contact support from inside your account.
- Only install the app from the official link. See how to spot a fake APK or scam.
